I am so excited to announce The Catholic Traveler’s Pilgrimage to Croatia.
This trip begins in the capital city of Zagreb. After two nights exploring the city and a nearby shrine, we head to the coast.
We’ll spend a few days on the Istrian Peninsula in a cliff hugging, seaside, boutique hotel.
A few more shrines followed by a majestic national park and we head south for a few nights in Split. We’ll visit one of the most beautiful islands in the country before crossing the border into Bosnia and Herzegovina.
We’ll spend a night in the village of Medjugorje, with plenty of time for prayer, before heading back into Croatia the following day.
We end with three nights in the Pearl of the Adriatic, Dubrovnik. From here we will go island hoping, enjoy a wine tasting, visit a few more shrines, and even day trip to the country of Montenegro to visit the island of Our Lady of the Rock.
As with all The Catholic Traveler pilgrimages, this one includes…
daily Mass with our own priest – we have Father Peter Idler;
an excellent local guide – I’ve worked with this guide for years;
beautiful hotels – four of our hotels are five stars, and in Medjugorje we are staying in a traditional four star stone house;
amazing meals in some great restaurants – I’ve included ten meals, including lunch on an island;
unlimited wine (or beer) with all our meals;
all tips for our local guides, drivers, and servers.
There will also be a wine tasting, a little sailing, and some other special surprises.
This pilgrimage will first open up to my paid subscribers. Many of my trips sell out quickly, so this is a little added bonus to those who support my work.
Tomorrow, January 24th, at noon eastern / 9 AM pacific, I’ll email all paid subscribers the early access sign up link.
If any space remains, I’ll open it up to everyone else on Friday, January 26th.

Is this closed already? The link takes me to details but not a sign up page.
Oh, please tell me you will do this again! This is one of my dream trips and it would be even better with you! There is no way I can make it this April, though - I have already have a tripped planned for that time.
